NDSFL Match Report Form - Season 2024-2025
The Completed Form should be Scanned and a Copy of the Form
e-mailed to -- match-report@ndsfl.com by the HOME Club after each game, keeping the Original for their records.
A Copy should also be emailed to the AWAY Club Secretary.
