As you are aware, the FA
are experiencing several issues with the player registration system on the "Whole Game System", which has prevented Clubs being able to Register them on the portal.
BCFA and the NDSFL will
attempt everything in our power to
ensure players get the opportunity to play, which will mean that the league will offer a
degree of flexibility to registrations, as agreed with the Birmingham FA.
The FA have now issued the
following updated guidance to achieve this.
- The NDSFL will utilise an alternative registrations process to the FA Club
Portal for players that their clubs have been genuinely unable to register due
to system errors in the Portal .
- The link below is a Simple "Registration Card" filled in "Online" and submitted to the League.
- The
link is https://form.jotform.com/212773163393054
- Clubs
will have to pursue WGS Registration, which will have to be achieved
by October 30th 2021.
- The
Leagues Registration Officer will monitor any discrepancies, if a Transfer is required, Secretary's should not use this method to Register a Player. If a player is Suspended then the Club will be responsible in ensuring the player does not play whilst under Suspension.
- The
Clubs will receive a Receipt of Registration for their records.
- Cut off
for using this method will be 6.00pm on the Friday before the Sunday
Game.
The NDSFL have informed BCFA that we are using an alternative process.
